Affidavit for probable cause AFFIDAVIT FOR PROBABLE CAUSE MURDER THE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF SMITH I Marcus Jerveybeing duly sworn, upon my pledge, state that I have a valid motive to believe, and do believe, afore the making of this declaration, that, on or about the day of, 17TH March 2015___, defendant LANCE D. HARMSTRONG, illegally murdered Justin Bleeber, this is based on the facts that the victim’s neighbor PROST E. TUTE stated that the suspect was seen acting strangely on the day the victim went missing.

This was also confirmed by doctor Gypan’s examination into the scene. Also BRADLEY PITTS a neighbor provided the facts that he had seen defendant LANCE D. HARMSTRONG, who this white male was wearing a light gray t-shirt and that it appeared to be “stained with red paint or something that was red.” PITTS directed the man was wearing black pants and was carrying a large brown paper bag when he last saw him. PITTS further told that the white male was tall, about 6’04”, and heavy built.

He noted that the subject then got into a little red Smart Car, with a dent in the driver’s door and drove away with the paper sack and its contents.Upon conducting a computer inquiry of my computer system I found that there was a LANCE D. HARMSTRONG, showing a date of birth of August 21st, 1982. The information in the computer on HARMSTRONG indicated that he had been arrested once for theft, once for assault and had two (2) previous arrests for burglary of a residence. I also found personal identifiers listing HARMSTRONG as being 6’03” tall and weighing about 390 pounds.

You also note that HARMSTRONG listed an alias as “Big Lance.”In my search I found a single case file in which HARMSTRONG had been arrested in an assault of former business associate, BARRIE BONDS, but I noted that BONDS did not pursue the assault charge after HARMSTRONG’S arrest. I noted that BONDS and HARMSTRONG were listed as roommates and that the arresting officer indicated that the two men may have had a “lover’s squabble.” I discovered that under the “weapon used” part of the report, that the arresting officer had indicated a “large bladed knife.

”I got additional information on HARMSTRONG that listed as his residence 1327 South Baxter, in Tyler, Smith County, Texas and that this residence was current as of his last arrest about a month before BLEEBER’S murder. I found HARMSTRONG lists as his vehicle a 2009 Smart Car 2 door, red in color, bearing Texas personalized license # “ILVROIDS”, with a vehicle identification number (VIN) of JHMCB7659LC026276Oath or Affirmation:I do confirm under the forfeit of perjury under Texas law that I recognize the information of this Affidavit assented by me and that the statements are factual and truthful.
