Also when it comes to the control and establishment of any aspect of health in a society, we cannot help ourselves but refer to the support of Information Technology with regard to medical sustainability. Hence, discussed below are the important measures that need to be taken in accordance with the Lewin’s model of change management in order to control and impact this trend amongst the clinicians through a qualitative progression and by gathering the latest review of the literature. These changes are considered as often necessary in order to allow the organizations to become more responsive to external challenges and develop resources necessary to make organization stronger. Krawinkel has verified this projection by clarifying that a change in necessary for brining a variation in the circumstances of all organizations.

Organizations need to ensure that change is not only initiated but also well planned and implemented. Once implemented, it is also important to mainstream the change too through effective evaluation, and ensuring that it is implemented according to the overall way the organization does its business. This process is considered important because it provides a holistic approach towards not only conceiving a change which is important for the overall survival of the organization but can also provide the necessary resources to the firm to effectively maneuver the competition.

According to the former trend, workers are being provided with new and improved data storage programs. They can now sit and manage the entire data entry and be guided by professionals to learn more about electronic data bases online. Other than their own data storages, they have a vast option of exploring online data bases. Thus, change in the field of data management has been accepted by a large number of organizations, but still needs to be recognized by a few.
