Organization develops different strategic planning process in its policies. It develops policies according to its goals and objectives. The company makes plans according to those policies. These strategic plans help the company to guide and implement its policies successfully for meeting its mission and vision. Based on the strategies organization develop different plans for its betterment and employee growth. Organizational policies contribute a lot in forming various plans for improving management strategies. These plans help to implement trainings and programs within the company. The plan also influences the work process of the organization. Allocation of work depends a lot on company’s policies. According to the policies the company allocates resources to its different group of employees. It helps to make different specific teams within the company to maintain smooth work process. The HR policies of the company help to identify the appropriate employees which are required for doing different types of work. The organizational policies help to make different financial plans for implementing its various policies. 1.2 Answer The example of an objective that a team is working on to achieve is to increase the productivity of that particular team. For increasing the productivity the team will undergo specific trainings which will improve the strengths of its different team members. It will motivate them for becoming more efficient in their work process. Proper effective training will make feel confident about their potentialities and capabilities. For having less productivity of the team the company is facing serious problem in its growth and development. Therefore increase of productivity is a vital objective for the team. The team leader will continuously motivate its team members for making them to perform their work efficiently. He will try to provide job satisfaction to those employees. For increasing team’s productivity he will try to solve different problems that the team is facing with the help of team members. The company will analyse the problems of these employees of which the productivity of the team is decreasing. The firm will then provide effective solutions according to their need and satisfaction. 2.1 Answer Some major steps are involved in planning and allocating work successfully for growth and development of the company. At first opportunity are analyzed. Then definite aim is identified from that opportunity which will help the organization for achieving its goal and objectives. After different options are explored, these arise for implementing the aim into practice. Among many different options the best option is selected which is most suitable for the company and can be undertaken by using companies resources. Then detailed planning and analysis is made based on this option. The option is evaluated from different perspective for having a concrete idea about its effectiveness. After all this analysis a plan is implemented by an organization. Allocating work to the employees depends on their set skills, the projects they are working, their job role and functions. Employees are selected on the basis of their performance and qualities (Harrison, 2005). Before allocating a work the employees are evaluated on the basis of different criteria’s. The organization will find out the employees who are really interested to perform that type of work. Every work has to be finished within a certain deadline. The organization chooses the employees who are capable to finish that type of work within the mentioned time period. 2.2 Answer Different teams in an organization have different objectives according to their functions. On the basis of those functions works are allocated for fulfilling different objectives of teams. First the company decided the best possible way to distribute the tasks and responsibilities to the team members according to their functions and individual objectives. Every team members has specific skills and abilities which helps the team to perform its work effectively. For allocating work those skills and abilities of the team members are evaluated and matched with that work requirements (Iqbal, 2011). If set skills of the team members and skills required for that work matches then it is allocated to that team. The organization gives a clear idea to the team members about the expectation of company regarding the work performance. Performance of team has a strong relation with achieving its objectives. If the team is performing well then it can be able to achieve its objectives in a short span of time. 2.3 Answer It is very important that the team members must understand the work correctly which are allocated to them. It will help to perform the work properly and deliver effective results. For checking that the team members have understood the work properly or not the organization should maintain an effective communication with the team members. Communication will help to give a clear idea about the work process to team members. The team leader can ask the team members that what they had understood about the job functions they are required to perform for this work (Bonnici, 2011). The team leader also can ask what the company expects from them for completing this allocated work. If the team members give the right answer to these questions then it is understood that they have a clear idea about allocated work and responsibilities. Their performance and work delivery also proves their understanding related to the work. If team members are giving good performance and delivering their work timely then it shows their effective understanding about the work. Cost becomes an important factor in checking team member’s understanding regarding this issue. While performing the allocated work if the team members use more which exceeds allocated limit s then it is understood that they have not understood properly about the work. 3.1 Answer An organization sets different parameters for monitoring its team performance. The parameters are important because it helps to understand various things on which the growth and development of the company depends. Those different parameters are as follows: Organization should set particular objectives for the team which they have to achieve for delivering good performance. These objectives will helps to achieve the aim of the plan. Therefore achieving these objectives is very much important for the teams. Allocated work should be completed within a specific time. Performance of teams can be monitor on the basis of this parameter. If the teams complete the work within time or before time then they are delivering high performance. Productivity of the team is also a significant parameter. By performing the allocated work if there is an increase in productivity of the team or the company for the team then the team performance considered as good. Evaluating the quality of work helps to monitor team performances. If the team members delivers high quality work within stipulated time then their performances is considered as good. 3.2 Answer A large number of things in an organization depend on the fulfilment of its plans. Sufficient amount of resources are used to implement a plan. If a plan is not achieved properly then the organization faces many problem and loss. So for rectifying underachievement of a plan team leader plays an important role. He undertakes different research programs to analyze and find out the reasons responsible for failure of a plan. He does a detailed discussion with team members about the problems they have faced during the process of implementation of the plan. Then he finds out reasons responsible for accomplishing the plan (Mayo, 2005).
