Introductions: The case study outlines how Don Moos was not just a largely than life personality in Forth Worth Texas, however, how his exploits as a cowboy, gunfighter showcased effective elements in operations management. The classic tale during the 1880s outlined how Don Moos shootouts with outlaws and frontiersmen were legendary in his ability use strategic management to succeed.
