The company headquarters is in Albuquerque in New Mexico. The company has a broad employee composition, ranging from 3000 people. The company operations are vast, notably covering the entire territorial section of the four districts. In the recent years, the company has struggled accordingly to facilitate an operational process that maintains a balance in the profits resulting from the sales. The company in recent annual reports has observed notable smooth operations in three of the principal districts, which evidently depicts the significant milestones being achieved in the management of the operations within these sections. However, an observable course in the company operations is that in District 4, there is a stagnant aspect of growth, owing to the issues of production within the company processes. The company thus, in the course to evaluate the issue of concern and standardize the operations to achieve a significant growth in all the districts, it sought to assess the opportunities within the District 4 to create a focus on the process of establishing a warehouse unit that would allow the establishment of the gaps within the operations and consequently change the course of the operations. The company in this effect followed the strategies for initiating and carrying through the change process. The company in the consequent of this element, critical factors to consider include the sales and distribution within the East District (Hill, 2009). Thus, this reflects accordingly that the balance for sustaining the project after its initiation may not adequately meet all the needs; hence, there is a core need to factor the funding procedures as a threat to the project success.
