In this regard, the current paper aims to critically analyse the organisation’s code of business conduct and to identify three key components that demonstrate the company’s values and business ethics. This analysis will initially provide a description of Tesco’s code of business conduct and its analysis. A discussion of the three key components will subsequently ensue.
