Our customers will have the option either to take the food home or enjoy their meal with us in an upbeat and comfortable environment.

2   Legal and Organizational Structure

Boblloyed Fast Foods is a UK-based restaurant that is equally shared and owned by two brothers Peter Bob as Managing Director and David Lloyd as General Manager. Boblloyed Fast Foods will be divided into 02 branches i.e. operational division and administration division. The managing director and general manager will be administratively responsible while shift managers will be carried out operational activities. The administrative composition of the company has been designed on a divisional structure as shown in the following figure. 

Boblloyed Foods will get the following advantages and disadvantages through this structure.

2.1   Advantages

  • Reduces the problems linked with distributed assets of operational areas
  • Immediate reaction toward environmental aspects
  • Better focus on products, customer demand, and market trends
  • Assist the shift managers to progress smoothly
  • Facilitates the managers to gain good operational and strategic control

2.2   Disadvantages

  • Duplication of personnel, operations, and investments in most operations
  • Complexity to achieve and maintain uniformity
  • Mainly focus only on short-range performance (Dess & Miller,1993)

3   Market Segmentation

            Since careful and successful market segmentation is very much supportive of the success of a new business, therefore Boblloyed Fast Food would have a special emphasis on it. Those who understand the need and trend of the market, consumer behavior, and demographic features of the area of operations certainly come on the track to success.

3.1   Market Size and Analysis

UK fast food is the largest fast-food market in Europe which is double and triple in size than Germany and French markets respectively. Consumer expenditures have been raised since the start of the 21st century in the UK.
