This has been made possible due to the increased use of digital cameras, scanners, personal computers and other software that have enhanced digitalization of the world. The new technologies are changing the way advertisements are done in the market (Barrett, 2006). Organizations have been using storytelling inform of videos to market their products. The technological changes have led to a change in the way advertisements are done in the market. In this essay, three digital stories that entail marketing of their products where storytelling has been considered to be great benefits in the process of attracting appeal. Digital storytelling has been shown in advertisements of Nike and Apple was they have been shown using digital storytelling as a way of attracting the attention of the consumers. Stories in advertising have changed the way advertisements are being done where organizations can be in a position to personalize their advertisements. The storytelling process during advertisements is crucial in making the organizations have the chance of providing the details of the products. Besides, through storytelling marketing managers can be in a position to convince the consumers to make purchases that the products are of higher quality than those of the competitors. Digital stories Digital stories have to be considered as new ways that have been adopted by people involving the use of digital tools in the process of communicating their stories. The use of digital tools in the process of telling stories has made the stories compelling and attractive. Media production has been taking different form since the dawn of technological advancements making it more digital. As a result, the digital tools have then been used in the process of telling stories is a digital way to improve attractiveness. Many organizations have then realized the benefits that a likely to be realized from the use of the digital stories in the process of communicating their products in the market. Digital stories can be considered in the process of ensuring that there are engagement advertisements that can be crucial in making organizations provide efficient communication of its services and products to the consumers. Therefore, digital storytelling has been crucial in making organizations present their products in a more attractive and appealing manner by using videos that incorporate images and sounds for making the products known in the market. The increased competition and changes in the preferences of the consumers in the market are forcing organizations to take advantage of the digital storytelling. The organization is using the storytelling targeting certain segment in the market where they tailor the advertisements in a way that can meet the needs of the consumers in the best way. This can involve using digital stories to communicate to the targeted customers concerning the features of the products and how they are suitable for their needs. This makes digital storytelling important in the process communicating the necessary products to certain customers in the market (Mullen and Wedwick, 2008). Digital storytelling does play a crucial role in the process of making an organization competitive in the market as the targeted consumers can be reached in an efficient manner making them aware of the services and the products available. Also, it is through digital storytelling that an organization can be in a better position to differentiate its marketing strategies by making the advertisements more specific to the targeted consumers. Stories in advertising There are three videos that I have used in the process of demonstrating the way digital stories have been essential in the process of advertising products. The three digital stories include Bill Gates who has used storytelling advertising in the process of communicating the products offered and how they are considered to be competitive. Besides, Steve Jobs made use of digital stories in the process of making the Apple company products competitive in the market by making the consumers aware of the ways the Apple products can meet their needs in a unique way. Lastly, I have made use of video story concerning the Nike products; this video has been aiming at communicating the company products to the consumers in the market. Various companies have used the storytelling in advertising their products. For instance, Apple company has used stories in the process of marketing is products. Storytelling is an interesting way of advertisements where organizations incorporate pictures and stories. This provides the necessary chance for companies to communicate the benefits of their products their new features that makes the company products unique in the market. Digital storytelling can be considered as an innovative way of marketing products in a way that is very engaging (Robin, 2006). Digital storytelling has become a strategy of many organizations of achieving competitive advantages in the market. Organizations are using storytelling to make the consumers aware of their products in an effective and efficient manner. Organizations are looking for the best ways of ensuring that their products are competitive in the market. One of the ways that can be crucial in making the products of an organization competitive in the industry can include making use of an advertising strategy that can ensure that the company products are properly communicated to the consumers. Digital storytelling can then be considered as one of the important advertising that can assist in making the products of an organization are known in the market. The technological changes that are taking place in the market have made storytelling an effective and efficient way of advertising products (Verdugo and Belmonte, 2007). For instance, the use of editing software, digital cameras, and tools for authoring have increased. These advancements have place crucial role in making digital storytelling important in the process of advertising products. Digital stories can involve the use of music, images and social that can be crucial in creating personal appeal. Many marketing managers are then using the digital stores in the process of marketing their products in a way that can ensure increased market share of the company products in the market. For instance, Nike Company has been using digital storytelling to advertise its products where it has ensured that the products are competitive in the market. The digital stories used by the Nike Company in the process of advertising its products, it has used players wearing its products with the trade market. The company can communicate the high-quality reputation of its products making the company products competitive in the market (Ohler, 2006). For instance, many consumers are willing to purchase the Nike products, as many celebrities are associated with the Nike products. Digital storytelling has assisted in improving the brand reputation of the Nike products where the company products are viewed as of high quality. The quality of the company can be communicated using digital storytelling by incorporating images with sounds to communicate the product features to the consumers. Storytelling has also been used in advertisement through sharing experiences and knowledge. For instance, consumers can be in a position to share their experiences with their friends using digital stories. This is considered as an important way of advertising products through the use of mouth where customers can communicate their experiences while incorporating images to enhance communication. It is the use of images that the various features of the products can be communicated to the consumers. Besides, the use of different products can be demonstrated making it easy for the consumers to make use of the products. Conclusion Digital stories are crucial in the process of making advertisements due to their ability to incorporate images and sounds in the advertisements. Besides, digital stories are considered as the most important as effective ways of customizing the advertising strategies leading to ensure that advertising strategies employed become personalized to the targeted consumers. Through the use of digital stories on marketing manager can ensure that there are interactive advertisements that can be important in making the company products competitive in the market. Also, through digital stories, photographs, videos, and audio can be used making organizations able to communicate their products in a better way. The use of videos can be appealing in the process of making the products more attractive was the marketing managers can employ the use of images to demonstrate the features of the products. Digital advertisements can make the products competitive, for instance, an organization can make use of video in a digital story to communicate the features that make the products different from those of the competitors. The use of digital stories in advertising has been said to be of importance mainly to the products that need a manual to be used. This is because an organization can be able in a position to use digital stories to demonstrate the utilization of the products. For instance, videos can be used in the process of demonstration and sound to communicate the various ways of making the products usable.
