Social media has revolutionized the communication industry especially when it comes to advertising and marketing. Most companies have incorporated this new revolution when doing their communication. Cisco Systems is among the companies which use social media in communication information to their workers, investors and customers. Twitter is one of the social networks that Cisco Systems use in their communication. @CiscoSystems @CiscoSystems is the twitter handle for the Cisco Systems Company which it uses to convey information to its investors, customers and even employees. The Company usually updates its tweets regularly where it tweets at an average of one tweet after three hours.
