Americans Nazi political party communication campaign proposal Situation analysis This is a proposal on how to improve the American Nazi political party since a lot of problems in previous years have been encountered. The application of this proposal will ensure smooth running of the forth coming elections in reaching the active public. This party was formed by a Navy commander and the head quarters were placed at Virginia, America. The name of the party changed to Nazi party in 1960 to attract large number of media attention. The party was based on ideas and principals of the federal government. It was in regulation of the American constituency. The formation of the party brought tension to the other political parties in Americans. The leadership and management of the party changed from time to time (James, 1993). In the previous years the part has experienced financial problem, lack of coordination among members, criticism from other political parties, poor leadership and lack of employees. This has taken a period of four years, and other problems have been in existence since the formation of the party. The problems encountered have reduced the performance, hence it members secure few parliamentary seats after elections. After each election new management and leadership is introduced hence emergency of new problem. The chairman of the party runs the presidential seat (James, 1993). The management of the party creates new problems when a change occurs. the managers create the problems once they start their operations. This shows that corruption is the main cause of the problems and is encouraged by the managers. The opponents bribe the managers and employees of the party after their recruitment. They are paid to create unnecessary problems and fail to deliver as per their job description. Ignorance of the party members is the key source of all problems evidenced in the party. They don’t care about the party’s operations, but they worry about what they gain from the party. In America for an individual to be an elected member should be a member of a political party, and after election all the party members forget about the party and concentrate on their welfare (Tye, 1998). The problems experienced by this party if not well solved will lead to the collapse. The managers are bribed to ensure that the party is out of existence. In the forth coming election the problems may create tension. This will make the party to secure few seats and if not properly handled there will be no member of the party in parliament after the elections. The problems can also lead to misappropriation of fund, because if the party collapses the employees will take advantage of the situation and misuse the property. The problems should be addressed in order to avoid the creation of more problems in the coming future (Cutlip, 1994). Objectives This proposal is aimed at improving the operations of American Nazi Party. It will make sure that the party gains popularity in the whole country and secure more seats in the forth coming elections (Barney’s, 1945). The party should be popular to the audience and recognized by both governmental and non governmental bodies. In addition, the proposal will ensure that financial problems encountered by the party are minimized or done away with. Generally, the proposal is aimed at improving the performance of the party and solving all the problems encountered by the party during campaigns and at the normal working hours (James, 1993). Audience The target audience for the party is the youth and both men and women. The audience will be from all races the black and white Americans, those in jobs and without. The big problem is ho w to handle those people because means of approach s different. All people special care to avoid creation of bad image and rejection by the audience. The target audience for this party needs understanding because different category of people should be handled with difference. The poor needs special care and attention while addressing them. The rich are ignorant and they believe they know every thing. The young generation needs entertainment in order to listen. All those groups should be addressed differently to avoid misunderstanding (Biagi, 2005). Tactics to develop good plan on how to handle the audience and internal communication should be established. This political party is currently not in position to reach the target audience. This is because the leader of the party was only supported by his own ethnic group to secure a senator seat. Few people from other races supported him. The party doesn’t have influence to the audience hence they have managed to secure few seats in the lower and upper house in the parliament. A lot should be done to improve the party’s perception by the audience and increase the audience (Barney’s, 1945). Strategies Immediate response to the above problems should be addressed. Each member of the party should be attending meetings without fail to enhance individual exposure. Many parties have failed due to ignorance of members, in order to mitigate problems arising from this effect all members should be attending meetings without failing. Members of parliament have a lot of money and if levies are charged to those who fail to attend meetings all the members will not attend. Those who are busy should send their personal assistance to represent them, because all information will be delivered by the representative (Philip, 2009). In addition, on the side of financial public relations more funds should be collected to ensure smooth running of all operations of the party. The party members will increase their monthly contribution. The contributions will be added in the party account for preparation of elections. The election campaigns need more money in order to take more members to the parliament. The other use of funds is to buy information from other parties, and by bribing employees of those parties this will be achieved. Funds availability will ensure smooth running of election campaigns and other operations of the party (Barney’s, 1945). Technology advancement assists in creation of winning spirit and corporate communication. The technologies to be used in running election campaign are those currently used by the up coming organizations. The use of computers and internet will be introduced in order to reach a wide range of individuals. The campaign should be done through mass media, internet, and bill boards and utilized social media like Facebook, twitter, blog. The fund collected will be used to make sure that new technology is put into practice among others. The application of new technology in campaigns will make the party to move faster than the competitors, hence reach a large number of an audience than other parties. Advancement in technology will ensure smooth running and counter the measures used by the competitors (Philip, 2009). Campaigning is confusion of people to believe what one is saying is the truth, so all members and those who are willing to run a seat with the party will be taken to college to study psychology and how to convince people. Basically, this is he application of impression management theory. Training on how to run the campaign rallies will be conducted and all members will attend, on completion certificates will be issued and only those who have the certificate will get a change to run a seat with this party. The party will nominate only members who pass the test taken. This will ensure that all members of the party running parliamentary seats are qualified and able to secure a seat in parliament by confusing members of public to believe they are the right people to lead (Biagi, 2005). Support from other government and non governmental bodies will make the party popular. The party is supposed to find sponsors to fight on its side. The recognized organizations in the country can make the party name famous and popular. The party is supposed to sponsor some of the programmers runned by those organizations. This will make the party popular and gain political marks (James, 1993). During campaign members of the public will be waiting to meet the party members because of their deeds and charity work done by non governmental organizations in the party’s aid. All members of the party will be advised to start participating in charity work during their normal daily duties. This will be done at the meetings which are compulsory for each member to attend or sent a representative (Philip, 2009). The recruitment of party managers should be done without corruption, because many political parties employ those who supported the party during campaign. Screening during interviews should be done by people who are not attached to the party. If possible recruiting agents should be hired to recruit on behave of the party. The qualifications should be based on education, prior experience, technology conversancy and personal influence to the government agencies. Those who don’t meet the qualification should be eliminated from the panel. Those who have all the qualifications should be given the opportunity to work under probation for a period of six month, to show their ability to deliver. They should be employed under a contract of three years without extension. If employment is done properly the party will not have many difficulties in contacting future elections (Cutlip, 1994). Constituencies and ward in the whole country should be identified. At least each should have a representative of the party. This will make the party popular, people from all corners of the country will be aware of the part. The large number of contesters will ensure more seats are secured because if some looses others will gain. Individuals will know the party through campaigns which will be conducted from down by ward representatives up to country level by the presidential candidate. The presidential candidate should be elected by public before the main election. This will increase the probability of the party in snatching the presidential seat (Hall, 2007). In addition, members of active public will be involved in the strategy. This will be done through interviews which will include questions concerning the performance of the party and their opinions; it will enhance crisis public relations. The interview will be contacted to registered voters from each state. This should take a period of one week then analysis of the results will be done in the second week. It will ensure that members of the public opinion’s are incorporated in the improvement of the party, because votes will be gathered from the public (David, 2001) Tactics In order to improve the performance of this political party a lot of things should be put into considerations. The monthly contribution of members should be increased to make sure that there is enough funds for running the party smoothly and cater for other emergencies. The money collected should be put in the partiers account and entrusted to the general manager of the party to avoid misappropriation of funds. The workers running the management of the party should be vetted again since some were employed by corruption means and not because of their qualification (Cutlip, 1994). Advancement in technology is the key to success in all organizations. The new devices will be introduced in the running of all operations. Electronics like fast computers internet access will be used in the operations of the party. This will assist in making sure the party is known to the whole country and assist in reaching the audience. Rallies will be contacted on weekly or daily bases to create more awareness and influence members of public to believe and have confidence with the party. When all those strategies are put in practice the party will be able to improve its performance and get great influence to the citizens (James, 1993). Finally, questionnaires will be sent to members of public to fill. Questions on the opinion of active public will be addressed in the forms. The questionnaires will be emailed and others sent by hand to the addressee. Interviews will be contacted to specific people who are more powerful in the government. this will create awareness of the party to senior people in the government (Biagi, 2005). Calendar The implementation of the strategies should take a period of six months. By the end of six month period all the strategies should be in practice and valuation done. The first month, a budget should be done to ensure that all the necessities are done. The second month, all the instruments described should be put in practice. New facilities will be introduced in the first month. All employees will be vetted by the end of the third month and if they are not competed employment of new staff will be done by the forth month. In the fifth month rallies should be held to check whether the plan is working or improvement should be done (Cutlip, 1994). The plan will take the shortest time to implement because elections will be runned very soon and the aim of this plan is to improve the performance of the party during the next election. Budget Allocation of resources is crucial for the implementation of the plan (Biagi, 2005). Funds are needed to purchase new facilities and other necessities. The total amount required in this plan is around $3 million. The table below shows the allocation of funds of each item. If the response will be improving then the strategies will be put in practice. If the candidate fails then other plans will be incorporated. If there will be improvement the changes will remain in practice for the next four years. Evaluation of the plan is a must to avoid misappropriation of funds by taking into consideration of non resourceful measures (Philip, 2009). Conclusion Politics is a two way asymmetric and all people involved should be ready to practice what is evil. Each party struggles to win the elections and gain more seats in the parliament. The plans discussed will ensure that this party becomes the best in the coming election. All the strategies should be incorporated with immediate effect. If they will be ignored the party will suffer and loose many of the seats which they have. If the plans do not work out further improvement should be one before the elections.
