As a senior in University of Hartford, I also have taken a proactive approach in embedding best business practices into implementation. For instance, one of the most prominent elements that I found was crucial was the fact that medical information was extremely crucial. The Pharmacists explained the importance of HIPAA. Conducive research indicates that four billion healthcare claims are submitted annually. In order to rectify this issue, a solidified solution that consists of all-network relationship must be applied.

For a public health administrator, it is clear to utilize a strategy that assesses policies within the environment of the organization. The two changes that will impact this is healthcare reform such as HIPAA and the Medicare issue that is lingering that will be prominent issues in public health as society progresses to 21st century. Another element that I harnessed over the years is my education in respiratory care. Clinical practice has allowed me to develop my understanding of the nature of work by continuing education.

I also prioritize workloads and allocating patients appropriately, which harnesses my experience. Currently, I am also working with younger medical professionals to care and nurture patients in a stressful environment. More focus is emphasized on training while increasing the staff morale in midst of adversities. This is one of the most crucial elements I acquired over my clinical practice in public health. During this stage of my life, I truly felt the value of collaboration, team work, leadership, focus, and a true passion to be the best I learned that clarity and focus are essential that contribute to an individual thriving in a stressful environment.
