The paper is devoted to the research of the cultural impact on virtual groups’ performance. The notion of culture, carrying several different meanings, is taken in this paper as the standard neutral set of behavioral patterns. The virtual groups under research will be going through two similar tests, with the use of the decision-outcomes criteria. The main theoretical basis to be used in the research is the Adaptive Structuration Theory and its application to the research of the virtual groups’ behavior. The basic assumption of the paper is that the level of culture creates a positive impact on the performance of virtual groups. It is implied, that the culture of virtual groups is defined by the level of their education, as the tests will be made among students over two semesters. It is necessary to consider the impact of culture through each of the four decision-outcomes criteria separately, making a common conclusion. Read More
