This would enable the country to choose appropriate action incase there is conflict. Therefore, it is important where possible to develop ways under which wars can be avoided or prevented. However, if war is inevitable, it is important to share cost of war wit other countries and follow the humanitarian laws when one is engaged in the battle ground. War is a social problem that extends beyond the boundaries. The chief aim of war is seize control over people in a given territory. It is that reason that most people retaliate to be free from the control of others.

Twenty first century has experienced over one hundred and eighty wars from the World War One to the most recent wars in Afghanistan, Ivorian War, the Maghreb insurgency and Operation Enduring Freedom in Somali and Philippines. The images of raped girls, women and sodomized boys; massive deaths, incapacitated men and women wrestling in their beds and moving in their wheel chairs; screaming fathers and mothers, abducted boys and girls, collapsing grand mothers and fathers are some of the evidences of war.

Other evidences include strewed debris of destroyed bridges, communication and transportation lines, and buildings. During the war, people and physical infrastructure is blown up by bombs, missiles and mines. Furthermore, more people die of bullets, machetes, drugging, gassing, arrows, drowning and strangling. Unfortunately, countries spend billions of dollars to organize and go for war. Training thousands of young people to kill and having them spend their time running and walking in streets dodging bullets and land mines of irate natives is not the best way of using countries resources.

Instead resources should be used support and equip weaker nations to grow and develop instead of invading or occupying them. Pursuant of self interests and conflict causing ideologies should be defeated by intellectual minds and more tolerant societies to avert the
