Organizations do so by keeping a reliable account of consumer complaints of the flaws in other similar gadgets and services. Apple Producer was able to manage well its business process which ensured that they have been able to meet the demands of the consumers of its products. By doing good market research and reacting to various consumer feedback, they are the highest-ranked mobile phone and laptop producers (Page, 2011).

Ideology critics

            Ideology critics are the term used about the Frankfurt School of critical and social theory thinkers among them Habermas. The term helps one identify how unfair basic beliefs, favourably acknowledged are in everyday practices and situations rooted. Ideologies are so obvious, yet hard to challenge (Holliday, 2011).

Ideology Critics’ inherent strengths

They can challenge the already existing ideologies among people and root oppositely different ideologies. They identify weaknesses and even flaws in a particular set of products and services. They can even influence a consumer's preference by stating to them a different ideology (Page, 2011).

Ideology critics’ limitations

They cannot completely change the ideologies practiced by people completely or even a very large number at the same time. It might even take them a very long time to convince their target group to change a single mindset.

Ideology Critics’ Potential for individual transformation

They believe that they have powerful, convincing power that can transform an individual within a short period because they are aware of the needs of the target consumers. They can transform many if they convince them individually since the individual decision is not influenced by others.

Ideology Critics’ Potential for social transformation

They believe that they can transform society by slowly introducing new ideologies that align with their current needs. If they can introduce ideologies that serve the needs of society, the community can easily adapt to their ideas (Holliday, 2011).

Conclusion

Ideology critics must be involved in the process of ensuring total quality management and business process management. They are more endowed with the knowledge on how to bring a different product or service to the already existing market and still be accepted. They are also able to know or predict the current or future needs of the consumers respectively (Harris, 2014).
