Furthermore, the authors have also identified the visible tensions within the three levels mentioned above. The authors also have outlined the differences which become bases of assumptions, the characteristics of HRD provisions. They have designed the article in a manner that it draws attention to variations in meaning, intent, content and also the practice with implications for developing both theory and practice of HRD. The past decade in this regard has shown an increase in the awareness in regards to HRD being an academic discipline and field of study .

But besides the visible advantages of carrying out this multi level research there are some dis advantages or one can say some grey areas, which the author has referred to as a 'precise gap' between the levels. The author has reasoned this statement as firstly because he perceives there is a, lack of Compositional models that examine one variable at various levels of analysis. Secondly, a number of studies including those that have been carried out in the field of learning climate and motivation to learn have always attempted to examine multi level variables.

This article further responds to calls by Swanson (2001) Ruona (2002) and Torraco (2004) which is in respect to finding new avenues in theory. The article focuses on the content of different levels particularly philosophical issues, concerning learners, characteristics HRD and modes of Delivery. It is contended in the article that the discussion within the article will have value in clarifying discourse between the HRD profession (Academic and practices). Reviewing the Individual level Analysis, the author we observe has made the following conclusions.

Firstly that the human respect of HRD is largely emphasized in this regard. Rumber and Brache (1995)pointed out organizational goals can only be achieved through individual performance .this level of analysis under this category he perceives to only focus on self efficacy , self esteem and motivation to learn through expectation , personal development and expectation of learning . The author has suggested in this article of his that a very significant level of individual research within HRD is a reflective of the 'humanist philosophical Perspective'.

He has further, connected the arguments together with two strands. The first being that the individual levels is a manifest to develop self of a certain person, develop competencies and capabilities such that they have value in the prevailing labor market. The manager HRD
