In church there is also the matter of the networking which applies to those who work for the church alongside the visitors who attend church; this networking between church leaders and church attendants is one of great importance and relevance.
Networking in unions or organizations can also take place in many different forms, primarily that of the requirement of meeting new people, and welcoming them to the union/organization. These forms of networking can be particularly useful in the future, as both leadership and confidence skills. Unions and most organizations maintain a high level of continuous newcomers as well as new media and marketing partners, and therefore the issue of networking is incredibly significant in this area.
