ABORTION Change in present day women’s views on debate over abortion compared to women ten years ago. In United s debate over abortion has raised many voices standing for and against the legalization of abortion. More than any other issues the debate over abortion has divided the American society into two, people taking sides with reasonably strong arguments on both sections. Due to financial problems most of the women took the extreme step of abortion, and sometimes women’s (rather girls in early teens) body doesn’t support to give birth to a child and in this case abortions had to performed or else mother’s life will be jeopardized, and some time family problems force her to make abortion. In many areas children are doing crimes and they are taking alcohol, drugs and in most of the cases in this situation children are under 14 to 21 only. At this age child will be more enthusiastic to do something new, and they want to know everything in this world, this is the age where child psychology will not be stable and what ever they feel good they do that only. At this stage they will do mistakes in their life. Minor child will unable to make a decision to carry a baby or to do abortion, at this situation they don’t consult the parents also; sometime they planned their career very well and their option will be to make abortion. Here they just aren’t spoiling their health but also career. Some argue the legalization of abortion should be considered as a society-endorsed murder, it must stop. Minors are not mature to make decision about abortions, parents has to guide them on right way. In schools and colleges government has to conduct seminars about improper abortions to aware of illegal abortions and improper sexual interaction. This type awareness is must for people in the society. Government has passed a rule that when teen abortions are done, parental approval is must, at what circumstances having an abortion, etc. In the world woman’s most important and gifted function is to give birth to a child. And women have the right to make decisions that involve the birth of her child. To ban abortions or not is still a debate and reasonably the argument should go on as the outcome will decide whether to kill a child legally or spare him/her. Most of the women aren’t ready to be mothers, in some situations they chose to go for the abortion, putting their own future at risk and they go for unsafe and expensive procedures. Irrespective of their race, religion & class women were not seen as women in the society in the beginning of this century. The woman, often conceived and the childbirth have become dangerous. There was no birth control system in yester-years. The abortion was treated as an unlawful thing. They did not follow any contraceptive methods, as the same were not available or discovered. The system of divorce was so complexes and was not within the reach of the poor in yesteryears. The women were not encouraged to learn education. The involvement of women workforce were a little below half of the British work force and that of women in USA, they were above half of workforce in recent days. During this century, the life styles of women have changed vastly. The activities of women have brought an important role in transformation of women. Many workingwomen have reached pinnacles in their selective fields. They have become champions in the fields of educational institutions, science and technology. Before legalization of abortion rich women would fly to another country where she can afford to make an abortion thus escaping from the legal clutches. Due some reasons women doesn’t want to involve in the legal situation because they don’t want to face some legal issues that they cannot come across, here a question arises if abortion is murder then why shouldn’t it be outlawed. While banning the abortion we can save thousand of unborn babies. When legalization of abortions are announced in California astonishingly they increased up to 2000%, and most conservatives argue to stop these abortions. In the society, no compromise is possible in the case of abortion and further action should be taken only after reviewing legal and ethical issues. People who respect moral values more than anything consider legalization of abortions as a equivalent to murder should not be tolerated as they would become a disease to the society. Supporters of abortion argue that a world should respect the right to women’s privacy to take decision about her body. And they also argue that any government interference or public violence or any violation of a womans right to privacy and autonomy should be strictly condemned. The history of the women is the product of time of century old women. It is the growth of the women for the last 25 years, which focused on their memories, testimonies and pointing out women’s experience. Abortion is an issue to reasonable people who disagree vehemently the legalization process, which they consider to be a hindrance to the moral norms of the society. Most dramatically, a few pro-life supporters or rather extremists took the extreme step of killing the doctors who make abortions. Thus an argument goes to save one life can another life be taken, is this step supports the society’s moral values? Supporters of abortion look this situation a perfect launch pad to show the society that women too have the right to privacy when it comes to make an extreme decision like abortion. This issue has gone too far and became more contentious - many of the moderate and independent Republicans had taken a pro-choice position, while the conservative wing of the party remained in support of pro-life. Abortion should be made only when there is danger to mother’s life and condoned in the case of rape. At the end of 1960, the emergence of feminist framework and civil rights movement could be seen. In 1980s Thatcher and Reagan have elaborated the same. In both the countries of USA and Britain have contrasts of class, race, ethnicity, along with region, age and disability. The books did not carry a definite socialist analysis of the history of women in 20th centuries. The working class woman has not transformed the liberation of women forward. In 20th century, the women have achieved, in many nations, the right to vote, increased their changes in educational and job opportunities. Women used to feel wifehood and motherhood were most important events in their career. History shows that women is creative source of human life, women are always treated as inferior to men, since olden days. It was felt that women’s main role in the society was to give birth to children. Because of major publicity to follow, contraceptive methods control over number children besides legalisations of abortion. The prevailing cultural pressures have prevented women to reach higher education in colleges and universities and pursuing their careers. Reference soyouwanna.com.
