Or we can say that the people who follow the rule and regulations set by Islam are termed as Muslims and the countries where Islam is followed as a chief religion are called Islamic countries. If we talk about the total strength of the Muslim community, then we can say that community of the Islamic world falls in the range of thirteen to fifteen billion people that may be called one-fifth of the total population of the world.
