Most people realize the positive power of technology and harness it beneficially. It is a matter of behavior. People with emotional or issues need to be identified and appropriate methods devised to inculcate proper behavior. This may be in the form of counseling and training, especially with respect to expression of inner fears or venting out stress. This is best done by skillfully identifying the underlying causes and giving a chance to speak up, in private.
