Pizza Hut takes pride in producing perfect pizzas and offering the best services to its clients, and every customer who visits them says, "I'll be back!".

The key learning theory best applicable to me regarding this job is Experiential learning theory. This theory defines learning as the journey whereby skill and knowledge are enhanced after being created through the conversion of experience. My skills and knowledge resulted from the combination of grasping and converting my experience with pizza companies into tried, tested and successful work efficiency skills. I have been keeping records of the workflow depending on technical and fundamental factors of the economy of the community where the business premises are, to understand both the customers and staff and I understand the varying personalities of the different types of customers, for example, regular and non-regulars, students and non-students, young and old, fat and not fat and many more. Thus, I know how to creatively use my position in gearing the company to analyse and understand its customers.

During my tenure, the company has been registering bigger profits and large customer turnover. Also, during my tenure, complaints from customers have been virtually nonexistent.

My social skills are above average as I have learned social psychology and given the level of my work experience which cuts across varied socio-economic backgrounds, I have been able to blend this with my education background in this field to equip myself to be a professional. My goal is to run my own pizza company. To demonstrate that I have met the outcome, I keep records and analyse the customer turnover and customer staff relations, which show the level of impact I have on my subordinates in steering and motivating them and equipping them with the skills to deliver good pizzas and service. I do this by personally going through the contents in the suggestion box and questionnaires among others.

The company records: the sales during my tenure have been increasing with no little or no complaints about my work from both my seniors and subordinate staff.

My performance has been regarded by my superiors as impressive since I have helped them to significantly promote their brand name, while the junior staffs see me as a sociable and likeable person due to my ease in relating with them and the customers. Carrying out my duties, I have applied my knowledge of Maslow's hierarchy of needs to critically analyse and understand the company. I have been voted employee of the month 5 times in a row.

My general performance in my work has been established and maintained through hard and smart working. To demonstrate that I have met the outcomes, I welcome an opportunity for an interview.

I have certificates such as a certificate of good conduct and my academic credentials.

If given the opportunity, I could also demonstrate my culinary skills and an interview is most welcome.

To prove that I have met the outcome, I have recommendation letters from various heads of departments and my resume says it all. Also, I have provided the contacts of the references in my resume.
