The findings are accurate because they link these misfortunes to the challenges faced by China and the weaknesses realized so far in the region’s private consumption.

If the region prioritizes its investments and boosts its domestic demands, it will definitely prosper as projected by ECLAC. This will enable Bolivia to lead the region by registering a record 55% growth in 2015.
