The composition of his music made him to acquire the title of the most creative artist of the romantic era. After listening to his music, most listeners associated the work with darkness and this made him to acquire a new title. This association is not a mere allegation since he always amused people by stating that his musical talent resulted from an inspiration from the devil. This statement not only amused his listeners but also increased the popularity of his music. His association with the devil also stirred ideas of conducting a research on his life and musical career. His great work reflected through his music is also the second cause of my interest in his life and musical career (Eliza, 2010).During the heights of his career, Paganini became ill and this resulted to a decline of his musical career. He was later diagnosed with Marfan’s syndrome and this is regarded as the main cause of his decline. Although the sickness distracted his musical career, his passion for music remained unaffected (Eliza, 2010).
In 1805, he made a tour around the Europe and fascinated the world with his talent as a virtuoso violinist, particularly with his feat of performing unaccompanied on the fourth string. His fame reached its zenith at the age of 23 when he was appointed as a director of music to Napoleon’s sister where he performed as a solo court violinist.
Therefore, a good relationship between a leader and his people is the one that is never equal – the leader should always maintain that air of superiority, of being fearsome, in order to maintain order especially for statesmanship. Another point made by Machiavelli is that human nature can be very flimsy, as it depends on a person’s circumstance.
He sought to employ the use of logos to appeal to his readers’ minds in ways that could make his arguments authentic. By citing real historical and contemporary leaders, Machiavelli managed to convince his readers that his argumenta were based on matters, which worked in real life.
In its entirety, the book champions the aspects of politics1. In this sense, Niccolo Machiavelli’s ideals were in direct conflict with the dominant Catholic doctrines, which gave directions on how to consider politics and ethics. A common view among political philosophers concerning Niccolo Machiavelli’s book was that there subsists an exceptional affiliation between moral goodness and legitimate authority.
One of the greatest original thinkers, brilliant perhaps slightly tragic, Machiavelli looms large over the political philosophy scene across centuries. His period was of worst political and religious instability. He was influenced by Savanarola and his eventual execution affected him severely.
