Exclusion and social disparities have been evident. Solutions are, therefore, achievable through the mobilization of the contributing parties.

Achieving the goal of health in present-day society has been a concern for all the concerned stakeholders. As WHO (2014) indicates, the goal falls under the Millennium Development Goals, number five. Achieving the goal has taken the contribution of a workforce that involves the clinicians, international agencies, community workers, individuals from the local to the international level (WHO, 2014). Through this comprehensive approach, it is evident that the health disparities have been greatly minimized. A closer check of this fact means that every individual is responsible for achieving the goal of proper health in society. No single individual or organization can be left to handle the concept solely.
