Through this, an organization is able to provide facilities and skilled staff such as nurses to accomplish these goals. The organization therefore is able to do this in the most economical and effective manner because of high level of professionalism used. It can only be achieved through, cooperation from all members of staff who will coordinate activities with other members of staff within various departments of the organization.
