Nursing Education Introduction In any learning discipline, there is the possibility to include careful planning and organization strategies that reflect the skills to be acquired. Within any lecture to be accorded to the learner, the institution places a set of guidelines to be presented to the students. The success of the program is reliant on the need to complete the course into a successful criteria outlined in the setting. Various institutions present varied rules to be followed in implementing their curriculum. The mode of completing one course is varied to the other due to the flexibility and mechanism involved in the selected classes. Nursing programs have been implemented in various countries to adhere to set codes with the standards set in the organized system. In the planning of the lectures, there needs to be the careful planning of the available resources within these institutions to ensure best practice delivered to support the course. Without the paramount provisions, there may be reduced understanding of the course. Like the other professional courses, nursing has been regarded as a leading profession in the medicine industry because they offer the cushion needed to patients, and to the doctors whose services are immense within the hospitals. Nurses have been assigned particular roles in the treatment industry because of their involvement in ensuring security and sustenance of the patient. The delicate group has offered challenges in best practice and there needs to be the careful selection of strategies in implementing their curriculum. With the complex course increasing within the society, evidence has been placed that, with the best teaching methods, successful nurses have been created. Best way to teach nursing lectures Before enrollment within a university that offers nursing course and lessons, the individual must be capable of handling designated duties to depict responsibility. The nurse bears the role of careful selection of methods that favor adequate conditions towards recovery. Nurses have been mandatory in the medical profession because they dedicate their effort to offering the needed base for easier performance within the institutions. The best nurses are those that have undergone through the needed learning and practice procedure to present measures that contribute to adequate service delivery. Before the individual is considered a qualified nurse, they must be accorded with the right documentation to prove their qualification to the profession. The licensure is gained after completing educational qualifications that are presented in accredited learning institutions. These guidelines have been the affirmative measures included in the state to stop under qualified individuals from offering the services. To achieve the license, there needs to be the development of best measures that promise to increase efficiency within institutions to ensure delivery of best nurses in the industry (Smith & Fitzpatrick 2006, p58). To qualify for the nursing profession, the requirements are varied for the existing nurses. Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) are required to complete an issued qualification in the formal education program with a suitable training program. The provision included to becoming advanced nurses has been included in holding the masters degree qualification. The organizations that offer the nursing profession in technical schools, community colleges and accredited institutions need to offer practical lessons in clinics and hospitals. This is mandatory to familiarize the candidate with the environment that they would work in after graduation. However, to present the desired experience, the students need to be motivated in a busy environment with tough situations. These may be through allocation to public hospitals as compared to private hospitals that hold the best facilities. The lesson in public hospitals may be added as compared to private with a few staff members to share the needed incentive. The assessment on the practical environment should be based on assessment from both patients and staff members on the institution that they had been allocated. Applied lecture Strategies However, a successful evaluation process would be dependent on the strategy applied and set standards according to the qualification sought by the nursing student. The training programs involve classroom lectures with the practice in clinical institutions or leading hospitals to offer the experience needed. The courses to be offered should include a standard set of provided units in the basic medical procedures. These are seen in anatomy, psychology and nutrition. These would help the qualified nurse in developing a positive relationship with the patient and colleges. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is offered to those who aspire to become registered nurses (Nursing World, 2012). The licensing programs taken by this set of nurses need to adhere to the set protocol and accord fair judgment. Apart from the qualification, BSN and MSN have been the advanced forms that guarantee the nurse the position in chief institutions within the society. Lectures should be designed for the mentioned classes and only apply required units for the mentioned level. A disorganized lecturing program would fail to identify the area of specialization for the nurse taking the course to present tough evaluation measures to limit qualification and success. A stable system audits the curriculum and offers students equal participation in both classroom and practical sessions. The strategy and role of the lecturers has been the needed input in selecting and implementing best practice. A viable strategy would involve the careful coordination of the classroom activities to be merged with the practical sessions that are implemented within the classroom. The nursing practice should be implemented to hold a wider range of practical activities. The sessions should not be limited to a given region but should feature a diverse scope. Most institutions that have been successful have included their methods of practice to be universal and adhere to the set standards in generating success. The successful measures that have been applied in the lectures have featured general nursing and engaged on the specific profession specialization. Mental, post-operatory and pediatric nursing has been the qualifications set to be capable of implementing the specialization on a diversified scope. For these skills to be acquired, there should be enough practice and time within the nursing school to grasp the available skills for qualification as a skilled professional (Nursing Times, 2009). The least period that entails basic qualification has been extended to last four years and post-nursing skills would be the added advantage after the minimal time. The nursing education should be based on teaching skills that can provide a flexible input towards task completion. The students should be subjected to wider demographic and situations that may be encountered within the lectures. This fete is achieved through offering classes that strive to understand the human psychology and functioning of the body in anatomy. These steps provide the needed measure in delegating appropriate duties to the qualified nurse. With the basic understanding of the implemented courses, the nurse would be capable of adjusting to subjected conditions within any classroom lectures. The students should be accorded the set of guidelines that relate to their perception of the practical experience of implementing the nursing program (Kamalam 2005, p373). The lecture program should not only be engaging to offer challenges, but should also adhere to the relationship code. The lecturer would be the individual with the most experience in dealing with several presented cases within the institutions. Despite the stable relationship that should be developed between the lecturer and the student, there should be the depiction of authority and prevalence of discipline within the institution. The lecturer is the mentor who presents the skills needed to qualify as an ideal nurse for the institutions. Knowledge of the subjects is not enough for the lecturers because they require coordination and corporation tools (Quinn 2000, p121). Without these fundamental skills, there would be minimal progress in achieving successful graduate experience. The lecturer should be able to find the right measures to establish concrete relationships with their students (Clark 2007, p275). The students require guidance through practical lessons. Qualified lecturer with a masters level education offers the needed experience and intelligence to present the appropriate measures to delivering a stable and substantial lecture. The other provision to make lectures succeed may be through implementing the necessary teaching assistance materials. These are realized in the technological advances and upgrading the institution to contain needed facilities. A fully equipped classroom and training facility would reduce time and generate efficiency when presenting the classes (Stanfield Cross & Hui 2009, p330). The classes should be organized to contain interactive sessions where the participants are accorded the opportunity to share experiences and targets to be met (Kamalam 2005, p373). These sessions are not only meant for the interaction between the students but also provide the needed avenues to identify the mistakes to be corrected. Through an open session, the lectures can flourish, and ideas can be exchanged in presenting an adequate learning platform. Successful Lecture Program A successful lecture program would witness improved results in the performance of students. The institution with an increased graduate number would be recognized as the successful institution with improved learning conditions. The lectures need to obey the strategy that would make them more convenient and deliver solutions to problems concerning the lecture. An updated system applies the current communication trends to present the solutions needed to accord a successful system in the learning process. Research materials provided within the lectures need to be flexible, and measures to use social media in communication can offer additional incentives in presenting easier skills in nursing. The lectures can be more engaging through applying interactive sessions with students on a wider scale using updated systems like the internet (Bradshaw & Lowenstein 2011, p121). The achievement of best lecturers within the institutions is reliant on the mode applied within the institution to uphold the policies. A flexible class would encourage interactive sessions that are presented to offer experience needed to present a highly qualified nurse. The lectures are to be carefully planned and thought to contain a resemblance to the initially applied programs for those nurses who have been successful. A change in the class criteria would generate different qualification capabilities of the nurses in the field. The classes need to be consistent with the set international curriculum and the association of nurses expectation. It is through delivering an audible and easily comprehensive thought that the nursing education can be made more successful. The classes need to maintain the needed record to apply to the student’s expectations. The lecturer needs to maintain consistency f the curriculum within the classroom setting. Conclusion Like the other professions, nursing classes need to be completed within the issued time to present a successful experience. The lectures need to be organized to hold changes in technology and organization trend. The classes need to be related to the practical sessions to deliver the experience needed to present a qualified nurse. With the lecturers acting as the appropriate mentors to deliver the qualification needed to graduate, the sessions promise to deliver satisfaction in the nursing education system.
