Further investigation on the issues regarding human resources revealed that problem for this is due to lack of up to date staff handling and tasks management information and inconsistency of information. Thus, there is need to implement an advanced system that is capable of managing the records of employees in an effective way. 2.3- History HSBC Institutional Fund Services business is a long history of public funds services handling and management. This organization has been running for many years and offering performance and capability for businesses and corporate funds services management.
