Extraversion includes Positive emotion, Assertiveness, seeking excitement, warmth, growth, activity, Gregariousness. Neuroticism includes vulnerability to stress, hostility, impulsiveness, anxiety, depression, and self-consciousness. Conscientiousness has things such as deliberation, self-discipline, order, competence, dutifulness, and striving to achieve. Agreeableness at workplace includes modesty altruism Compliance, trust, straightforwardness, and tender mindedness. Lastly, openness to experience includes things such as Ideas, values, fantasy, feelings, actions and aesthetics In this case, the NEO PR-I inventory is testing the openness to experience in that it is seeking employees who are creative , flexible and adaptive to the company’s requirements and specification.

NEO PR-I test measures the business related personality characteristics explaining personality across thirty underlying facets and five broad domains. The data or information achieved from the NEO PR-I offer a practical platform for substantial or surmountable investigation into a personal behavioral temperament and style. The test measure of openness to experience, agreeableness, negative emotion, extraversion, and conscientiousness is very significant to the firm in that it delivers informed information applicable to the leadership style, stress management, decision-making, team style, working style, and training needs (Chamorro-Premuzic & Furnham, 2006).

A neuropsychological aspect of need to balance sensitiveness underpins the cause of personality. Biotical theories of personality have been used to develop constructs as appetitive motivation. Normal personality is understood in two dimensions; innovation, and extraversion. These combine into specific forms in stability-instability in the mind and science. Eysenck personality model is the three dimensional model which is similar to the big five factor model of personality, however the model is compatible and breaks down to low aggression and high level of openness (Keane, 2010).

The gigantic model emphasizes the high and low scores in each trait. Neuroticism, which refers to a person’s level of emotionality and a tendency to worry, is touchy and moody. Individuals who have high level of Neuroticism show these stressed traits in personality.  Extraversion shows high level of dominance within the personality talkative, confident, express feelings easily optimistic and sociable. Low Extroverts show low levels of social contacts, tend to be reserved, and tend to be quiet.

Eysenck’s Personality model, in contrast to the five-factor model includes psychosis, that describes a level of being cruel and risk taking `to those who are socially driven and are most likely to adopt this traits, as this clearly showed the difference in the five-factor mode of personality (Eysenck, 2010). The big five-factor model has shown to be a good reliability and validity for researches to all agree on its existence within the five- factor personality. Having advantages through assessing these dimensions through personality stripe book the five-factor model usually correlated with overall level of job satisfaction experienced by employees.
