One of the advertisements directed to children was aired on various media channels including CNN and YouTube. The advertisement was about Milwaukee- based COA Youth and Family Centers where the organizations were encouraging parents to promote and contribute fully on their children education. The advertisement, commonly known as “Guerilla Classrooms - interactive outdoor advertising” had a number of features that related to children. Although the advertisement was aired on media channels, the producers had managed to present it in various fields and that is why it was named an outdoor one.

The reason for making the advertisement an outdoor was to influence the targeted group who were children and their parents (Hicks 768). The advertisement was made around the Milwaukee area where the targeted group got a chance to see various features there were displayed. Some of the features that were employed in the advertisement directed to children included life-size puzzles. Children managed to get the chance of absorbing information included in the puzzles. The advertisement required parents to figure out if their children can manage to answer the puzzles correctly.

This activity was aimed to determine a child’s ability in understanding various common issues in life. The other feature that was employed in the advertisement was the word searches. The purpose of this feature was to challenge children on how well they know about various scientific issues. Moreover, the advertisement featured mazes, which were employed in order to make children have fun and enjoy the activities presented. There were also books and rulers that were employed in the advertisement for math lessons.

Another significant feature included sign-language translators. In order for the advertisement to fascinate the children, producers had managed to make visual sounds that were interesting for the concerned group. Moreover, all the features that were employed in the advertisement contained different colors. The advertisement that was presented as a PowerPoint presentation also included various animation features. The advertisement also contained music that was played in low on the background in order to keep the activities more lively and entertaining.

All these features were designed to attract both parents and their children. Various games and activities that were employed in the advertisement were of very high quality and therefore new to most of the children. This made the advertisement have more popularity within a short period. The other main intention of directing the advertisement to children was teach them various applications that are necessary to apply in subjects like math, science and geography. Moreover, the children engaged in reading activities that were employed in the advertisement.

The advertisement also encouraged parents to have a strong relationship with their children especially in matters related to education. According to the information illustrated above relating to the advertisement directed to children, I tend to oppose the proposed ban on the advertisement to children. One of the main reasons of opposing the ban is that many of the advertisers always have a positive motive when addressing children (Lu?sted & McIlrath 14). They try to show how it is possible to achieve various things in life.

For example, the above information on the advertise
