The followers of God are divided into two camps – one questions the duty of God towards mankind while the other questions the duty of man towards God. However, according to Ephesians 2:8-9, mankind can be “saved by grace through faith, and not by one or the other” (Wommack, 2009, p.2). Grace is the blessing of God which is “unmerited, unearned, undeserved favor” (Wommack, 2009, p.3).

It also provides the truth about the spiritual life that symbolizes Jesus Christ, and after death becomes eternal, “We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true--even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life” (Life Bible Verses).

Grace is defined as “God’s unmerited favor” (Cole, n.d.). If salvation comes by grace, then it means man has not done anything to deserve it. When God gives something to a person because he has done something good or has shown the potential to keep trust in God in the future, then it is not grace. Grace is the gift of God that is not deserved by man.

Getting an admission opportunity in a church has been one of the greatest achievements of my life. I consider this as a holy prospect to serve a spiritual foundation area through which, people communicate to their God. However, attaining this opportunity did not turn out to be an easy task, as it required a great amount of effort.

            An act of Thanksgiving: Luke’s Gospel states that during the Last Supper, Jesus gave thanks before encouraging the disciples to share the bread and the cup (Luke 22:17, 19). To give thanks is to recognize God’s good grace. When we participate in Lord's Supper, we give thanks by recognizing the wonderful grace of God in the completed work of Jesus Christ.

The humanity of Jesus is by reason through birth by a mother who was human. Islam and Christianity can also be seen to have started as community religion. God is merciful, keeps His promises, and forgives our sins irrespective of the magnitude. God does not appoint his people based on outward appearance but instead considers the heart. Often, a leader who does not rule in the Lord’s ways has terrible ends. The leaders who reign in the light of God have peaceful ends.

The followers become part of a single-family where religious leaders are taking the responsibility to be an assistant to the spiritual enlightenment of the people.
