It is therefore required for an organization to have great entrepreneurs who are capable of finding new ideas to foster the continuity of any firm. Despite much attention given to African nations by the successful international funders supporting them, still most of the African countries face great obstacles that hinder their progress and profitability (Shallcross, 2010).

However, there is need for the local government and the foreign investors to restructure the ways of distributing aid and guidance globally.African nations face a number of structural obstacles such as poor connection and access to internet. Due to the high rate and growth of technology, there is a need for every nation to have full access to internet to share ideas related to technological innovation and evaluating and monitoring various business growths (Shallcross, 2010). Moreover the high rate of illiteracy level in some African nations gives an obstruction of developing an efficient and affordable marketing strategy.

PurposeThe issue related to shortage of internet access in Africa should be developed through improvement of education to the potential generation. The improvement of technology would help to improve the marketing firms through adverts (Shallcross, 2010). The rate of reasoning among the nations would be improved. Therefore, there is a need for the funders to provide long term support and adequate provision of advices to foster the thinking of promoting economy of their countries.RationaleThe African nations should recognize their potential and ensure that they engage in solving their own problems before seeking help from their super powers (Shallcross, 2010).

The government should ensure that every child has full access to education, health and other basic needs.
