A Couse: The like New York is a very amazing place - full of different kinds of people. New York city has a population of thousands of millions of people with different ideas, interest, culture and background. These people appear to be always in the movement – in and out of the city with different luggage. No one understands where these people come from – perhaps they are in search of jobs or just hanging out. A large number of these people come to seek education because the city has all educational institutions.

The presence of big industries that offer job opportunities, also lures people to the city (Caen Herb. 31- 10- 2010).A city has magnificent structures. It has all infrastructures ranging from markets, libraries, supermarkets, malls, stadiums, universities and colleges, administrative offices, bars, airports, bars and clubs, hotels and restaurants among others. The buildings are very tall and elegantly built - skyscrapers. The buildings of New York City are of different size, age and condition.

These structures operate 24/7 and one would think that people do not sleep in the city. The city like New York is unique in its ways. It has Shops open onto the walkway to attract pedestrian traffic. Pedestrians walk in the city to window shop or make a purchase and even make more friends in the city. Buildings are set behind spacious parking lots which are ever full of vehicles. Also, some parking lots are put underground or at mid-block structures. There are several and big roundabouts in the city with streets that link the traffic to the highways.

The entry and exit points of highways to the city have more than four lanes to ease traffic jam. New York City has all forms of transportation such as air, water, rail and road. Each mode of transport is interconnected to one another with rails and roads passing above and below the ground. There are subways and flyovers along main corridors and streets (Kretoszczur. 7- 04- 2013)Work citedCaen, Herb.
