I need to be more humble and improve my ability to listen to others in order to be an effective group facilitator.
I would like to work with a co-facilitator because a co-facilitator proves a great source of assistance particularly in administration. I believe that a leader basically assumes two types of responsibilities; one being social or people-oriented responsibilities and the second being technical expertise. Having a co-facilitator will at least help me ensure that the technology is all working and in fully functional form, the venue is available at the decided date and time of meeting, and there are no interruptions in the process. Having these things established will optimize my ability to concentrate more on the needs of the group members and do whatever is necessary to address them.
