Other aspects of tourism policies regulations that also create barriers to the free travel and movement of tourists across various countries include visa and passport requirements, duty free allowances, travel delays and inconveniences, increasing travel costs, impediments to businesses providing travel services, and obstacles to air travel. Therefore, these villagers still pose a formidable threat to the environment of the park, especially considering the fact that they will continue plundering resources from the park in their struggle for survival. In most cases, conservation values always legitimized the resettlement of indigenous people out of national parks. As such, the resettlement process usually relied on both global as well as national interests to legitimize these evictions.
