It has a moderate start up cost and the main threat to the business is a similar business.

Barriers to the entry of the market are moderate. Advertising and marketing of the enterprise are internal, which is under the supervision of the enterprise. They can play a major role in attracting customers. Competition is by virtue of loyalty of customer and provision of quality services retains customers and builds a brand name (Day, Eliason, Wallenberg & Schumpeter, 2013).
