The persistence of memory by Salvador Dali is a painting that has attracted a lot of attention all over the world due to its unique form that draws imagination as well as teasing the brains of the observers. It is regarded as an attack to human rationality and attracts the theme of surrealism. The painting portrays time to be responsive to the environment as the clocks appear to be melting away probably due to the high temperatures of the surrounding area.
