Public art holds a broader meaning in itself. It is not restricted to physical objects such as monuments, memorials or architectural sculptures but it also represents dance, ballets, street theaters, stage dramas and processions. Basically, artists working in this medium of art find it best to avail the freedom of expression offered to them at any public space, outdoor anywhere in any part of the world where they feel feasible to incorporate with the environment.

For this assignment, I picked three works of art that I think would greatly reflect the values of the 21st century, and has had an impact in today’s society.

Indian women are still living the same life that European women used to live in the Victorian Era. There is a lack of freedom. Although the trend is not the same everywhere, the rural areas where the literacy rate is close to negligible, women are suppressed by men, and their rights are subdued. Men enjoy much greater power than women.

Melodrama also comes into effect in many other scenes, such as when the royal family is informed of Diana’s death. These scenes are an interpretation of what may or may not have happened, and are directed with a view to enhancing the story’s melodramatic elements, particularly the conflicts between the Queen and Princess Diana.

As a production of Warner Bros Company, The Public Enemy accords the perfect example of a relationship between the studio and genre applied in production through the focus of gangster life setting in an unjust society. During the 1930s, there was a need to reflect on the strategies applied in determining the result in development.

One such aspect that is learnt from this subject is, among others, colorism within the women of the African American community. Colorism in this context is actually being presented as a better word for racial discrimination within people of different racial origins.

The main actor is a Turkish German, Birol Unel acting under the name Cahit Tomruk, who is in his forties. After his wife dies, he loses all sense in being alive and embarks on a life of drugs and alcohol.

This essay focuses on the paintings by Vincent van Gogh. Vincent van Gogh tried two unsuitable and unhappy romances in vain. The above illustration is by Leonardo Da Vinci, and it is called Study of a Womb, circa 1489. Da Vinci lived in Florence from 1452-1519 (Gombrich, 1989, p. 220). Da Vinci was interesting to me because of he is a clearly a “Renaissance Man” – in addition to painting what is, perhaps, the most famous painting ever, the Mona Lisa, as well as what is, perhaps, the second most famous painting ever, The Last Supper, Da Vinci was also a genius in science and was an inventor.

The industry has witnessed developments that have been developed from the time of the establishment to the period that shapes the development of the company into a leading entertainment form (Buckland 9). Accordingly, this particular analysis will focus upon the way in which the aesthetics of the theater are portrayed within these two determinants within Shakespeare’s Hamlet by emphasizing the parallels and shades of meanings that the aesthetic approach belies.

The comedy that is shown on television today ranges from PG-rated adult content to short jokes intended for children. The movies were critical, in their way, towards the ideas of transformation that occurred in each of the periods. The 1960s was a time of transformative change, as there were revolutions that were occurring around the world, and, even in places where there was not a revolution, per se, they're still were cataclysmic changes that were occurring, and the films captured all of this while showing how difficult it truly is for society to change.
