This mission is to be achieved through the effective use of the organization’s resources that maximizes the potentials of stakeholders and which serves the best interests of the clientele at heart.

Using this as a standard, the objectives set to become the basis for measuring performance are as follows:Financial Objectives: To achieve a 30% increase in net profits from the last fiscal year period.Customer Objectives: To gain positive customer satisfaction through decreased customer complaints of as much as 10% from the last period; as well as gaining exemplary feedbacks from customer surveys and feedback forms.Internal Processes: Conformity to standards set by the Joint Commission International in terms of delivery of high quality health care and adherence to safety standards.

Employee Learning and Growth: Compliance to regular training and development scheduled to various health care practitioners to promote enhanced learning, develop skills, and encourage promotion in the health care setting.ReferenceNiven, P.
