Despite the examples of potential risk mentioned, the benefits of this project outweigh the risk by a large margin. The students that will enroll in either a skills or vocational program are young minds that need tender care. They need motivation in order to excel in any type of educational program. The teachers must be instill discipline in these kids, while at the same time showing them respect and emphasizing the importance of the program since their future immediate well being depends on it. The economics of the workplace is basic information these kids must learn. The value of work and the compensation rate they can earn if they obtain a certificate a particular area can motivate the kids since they can visualize the reward at the end of the tunnel.
