Abstract

The proposed study will investigate the implementation of effective paradigm to support child labor in developing countries. The study will be conducted in two different countries, one in Asia and the other one in Africa - Pakistan and Sudan respectively. The focus of the research will be on the benefits of child labor in these countries. The entire exercise will include a pilot study, actual study (data collection) and data analysis. Included in this paper is an in-depth review of literature that is related to the proposed topic to be investigated. By making a reasonable plan and budget for this research, the end results will develop an appropriate model to support child labor in developing countries. The entire study is estimated to cost $20,000; $4000 for the first phase, $14000 for phase two and lastly $2000 for the third phase. The plan and budget are realistic and achievable.

The proposed study aims at developing a functional model that will be used to support child labor in developing nations. This model will be based on the factors affect child labor alongside labor laws that regulated employment of children across the globe. Therefore, success of this study will depend on the collected data from two different countries that are deemed to have a significant rate of child labor.
