Vision statement - Essay Example

Personal Vision ment Personal vision ment is very essential for a irrespective of the career they are perusing. The vision statement gives students direction in which to channel their energy and enables them to concentrate their resources especially time resources towards that direction (Pomona, 2009). In this paper, I have stated my vision as a human resource student that I hope achieve in five years time.My vision statement is to work as senior human resource personnel in a competent company where I will be able to get challenging opportunities that can lead to my career growth, and be able to make enough cash to take care of my family and myself.

I will advance my knowledge and skills in human resource management and use that information in offering solution involving employees in the company I will be working with (Alexander, 2007). I will build rapport with other employees and my senior in the company in order to ensure smooth running of the activities not only in my department, but in all other departments. I will devote all my energy towards my work by working six days a week to maximize my contribution to the company and at the same time make more money.

I believe in work commitment and I will dedicate my time to work and spare some of my resources to help others who may need my assistance in one or another (Norton, 2013). In conclusion, I will use all resources available for me in order to get an opportunity to as senior human resource personnel in a competent organization where I will be able to earn money and take care of my family and myself.ReferencesAlexander, T.
