The most prevalent problems were talking, not following directions and not listening. The classroom management system in place used positive reinforcement and consequences to manage student behavior. When students had regular good behavior, the teacher would give them tickets that they could later exchange for 'prizes' or for extra privileges, such as extra free time.
There were situations where all the students face the teacher: sometimes, I was seated near the instructor, sometimes, I am far. There were also instances that we, the students have to face each other while exchanging our ideas with the whole class. I also observed various classroom settings.
