Instructors and students can communicate easily through Google hangout. It has a number of features that make it the right tool for technology learning environment (Edutopia, 2014). My study focuses on instructors of K-12 classes’ usage of Google hangout and needs analysis.
Google hangout can be used by different groups of people and for different purposes.
