Support Communication in Learning Tasks Insert Insert Introduction Communication from the educator to the learner is vital in the learning process of the concerned party. Those carrying out the education have the mandate to create an environment that will facilitate the student to grasp the content. In other situations, the teachers are called upon to create an enabling environment to make the participants willing to be part of the process. The tutors have to master the process through which the learners have taken to grow and develop.

Teachers appreciate the individual differences in how their learners get to know things and their improvements, in general. These differences span cultures, their geographical locations, their social being, and various languages. They do this with the help of society especially colleagues, family members, and related specialists. For different individual learners to achieve quality levels of learning, the educators need to capitalize on the comprehension of each student. Moreover, teachers need to identify the differences in their students so as promote learning that is inclusive to them all (Yelland, Lee, ORourke & Harrison, 2008).

It starts all the way from the structure of their education and how they disseminate such content to address the individual capabilities. Further, it is necessary to make provisions for varied growth levels, the needs of the stipulated tasks, and how they receive the content for individuals with peculiar learning capabilities. Good social interaction is crucial to learners. It is the basis for students with different abilities to come together and learn. When they do so, they capitalize on their differences in learning to grasp more and enhance a continued engagement process in their learning.

Teachers can encourage the students by providing an enabling technology platform to enhance learning. Verbal and non-verbal communication cues are also important to engage the learners. However, the process should examine the learners' cultures and their surroundings in order to enhance learning.
