The impacts of global warming have been felt in many areas globally with diverse effects. The effects are bound to be felt for a long time as the green pollution stays in the environment for a long time. The average temperatures on the surface of the earth have increased than what was there in previous records.

In coming up with the sustainable building, the design should consider the cost, quantity, and type of material to be used in construction in order to achieve a high degree of sustainability. The cost of transporting materials and the workers to construct the building also need to consider during design.

The policies formulated in the US on environmental protection would also make natural gas an alternative to coal and oil that have a larger carbon footprint and degrade the environment compared to natural gas. Most of the energy power plants that are being built currently are turning to natural gas-powered plants so as to ensure that there is cost reduction.

Climate change is in all ways has affected the lives of each living on this planet and will continue to do so if preventive and effective measures are not taken. We also learned that the LCA approach offers companies or researchers quantifiable data for their products.

I discovered that planting trees and installing solar panels are the best and cheap methods to reduce the carbon footprint. I also found out that eating low on the food chain enhances the reduction of carbon print. Eating low means eating foods like; grains, fruits, and vegetables. Individuals are all requested to cut their greenhouse gas emissions.

To solve such problems of the environment, such large companies have to use innovative recyclable materials at the global level. Plant-based raw materials can substitute the petrochemical feedstocks. There should be models that can turn post-consumer plastic into economic valuable value streams and new items.
