hосоlаtе and its Еffесts on Mооd save Status Students Name Institution Сhосоlаtе and its Еffесts on Mооd save Status Background literature There are certain types of food that are able to stimulate a happy feeling of a person making up part of his or her brain. Many people in the society have a strong desire for chocolates this sis based on the urge to satisfy their sweet tooth (Dolan, April 22 2013). This desire is far from just cravings for to an addiction that is normal. This slightly explains why the confectioners stores parlous for ice creams are preferred hangouts while the candies, ice creams, as well as, chocolates forms in guilty pleasures. Many people especially have come to realize that though ways to a woman’s heart are many, sweet foods more so chocolates are an all the time preferred for many women. While many people may not actually know why some people especially women are attracted to chocolates, another group of people especially women presently be acquainted with the fact that they love the flavor. However, science may have a clear explanation as to why women enjoy chocolates where they act as a factor in their moods saving their status and why men should invest more on them in order to splurge their women with them. Chocolates are foods that have been described to contain complex compounds of iron, zinc, and magnesium and other minerals that boost the health. In spite of these health benefits it is highly touted due to its aphrodisiac properties. However, according to researchers it has been attested that though chocolates have feeling good or mood status save chemicals they are very small in quantity to contain аnу quantifiable Еffесts on оnе’ѕ gender drive. It is also believed that as a piece of chocolate melts on the tongue of a person one experiences a literal moment where stress leaves paving in a room for a bliss feeling (Dolan, April 22 2013). This brings in the need to conduct a research on the chocolates to define whether they have any effect on the users’ mood save status. Research Methods The term methodology refers to a system of explicit rules as well as procedures in which any research is based and against where claims of knowledge are evaluated. Therefore, this section will focus on the research techniques followed and used for this research study with the intention of achieving the research idea. The research will involve data collection in both quantitative and qualitative data. The study will focus more on primary data which will be administered through questionnaires although additional secondary information will be collected to have a clear understanding of some research that have been collected earlier under this topic. The questionnaires that will be used in primary data collection process will focus on capturing the opinion of the respondents. It will include the structured and unstructured questions. The open ended questions will not provide the respondents with choice of answers instead they will have the liberty to answer the questions in any way they will feel deem fit. In contrast the close ended questions will provide the respondents with a number of answers to select from. This data collection method is cheap, as well as, versatile as some of the chocolate effects are known although not much is clear on their effects on mood status. The questionnaires will be administered to owners of confectioners’ stores, and parlous for ice cream. There will be a set target population to which the researcher will generalize the results of this study. The target population will comprise of the owners of confectioners’ stores, and parlous for ice cream and more so the chocolate consumers within a specified area of study. The researcher will find it a bit hard to do research on the whole lot of the target population therefore there will be some sample and sampling techniques involved to ease on the study process. Sampling refers to the process of coming up with a number of individuals from the target population in such a way that the group that is selected contains elements that represents the characteristics found in the entire population. In the process of selecting the sample to be selected, Radom sampling will be used. Radom sampling is a technique that gives the researcher to come up with the sample to study without following any distinct selection procedure. Research general objective The main objective of this study will be to establish the effect of Сhосоlаtе on mооd save status. Specific objectives To assesses the effects of chocolate on the save mood status To determine whether there is a link between chocolates consumption and consumers mood. To assess the feeling that chocolate consumers have a few minutes after consuming it. Research questions What are the effects of chocolate on the save mood status? Is there a link between chocolates and the mood of its consumers? How do chocolate consumers feel a few minutes after consuming it? Hypotheses A hypothesis is a guess or a proposition that is educative whose aim lies on the attempt of explaining a set of facts. It can either be testing a certain concept or just be used as a study result. In this study the hypothesis will be tested meaning that the variables and the outcome will be measurable. In addition, null and scientific hypothesis will be applied where in null hypotheses results of the study will be due to chance while in scientific hypothesis results will be based on true effect. Therefore the hypothesis test will be as follows H0: There are chocolates effects on the mood save status. H1: There are no chocolates effects on the mood save status. Rationale According to research conducted on Chocolates it has been made clear that a big number of women likes them compared to men. On the other hand, men like buying these chocolates for their women meaning that they have some hidden value or effect on people’s mood. In order to define this there is need to conduct a research on these effects that are contained in chocolates to the mood save status of its consumers. This can be further explained in terms of the adapted hypothesis. The null hypothesis H0 of this study seeks to measure or identify whether there are effects of chocolate on the mood save status. This means that if the research by chance comes to identify that there are affects on the mood save status the hypotheses will be deemed to be true.Similary, on the scientific hypothesis H1 the measure will be on to identify whether no chocolate effects on the mood status the hypothesis will be rejected meaning that it will be not true. The aim of this test will be to define whether it is true that there are effects of chocolate on the mood save status on to those who consume it. Research study Design The research design to be used in this study is descriptive statistical design reason being that it mainly focuses on determining the position of a defined population with regard to definite variables. The primary advantage of this design is that immense amount of information is gathered within a diminutive period of time. In this case this design is suggested for this sort of research because it can be used in collecting people or group’s opinions and attitudes Expected findings In most case when people feel bored and mood less they usually reach out for a piece of for a chocolate cube. This is because chocolate has been defined by many people as a direct effect of their mood where it is usually turned into a good one. Chocolates are said to stimulate the creation of serotonin in the body which is known as happy hormone. This hormone is responsible for creating a sensation that is pleasant immediately after taking in a meal (Dolan, April 22 2013). However, the positive effect caused by chocolate does not stop at this step, but as one takes in a chocolate endorphin is also released. This is a natural sentiment that calms the sense of comfort, as well as, satisfaction. A moderate chocolate consumption is also linked to boosting the concentration level of a person. Where the intellectual and the mental abilities are also improves. In regard to evidence given in the above analysis, there is a likelihood that the null hypothesis would turn out to be true. This means that consumption of chocolate has an effect on the mood save status of those who consumes it (Dolan, April 22 2013). The substance is mostly consumed when people are out of their mood and as a result they are able to boost it. Therefore, the positive and sweet taste of chocolates is able to increase mental alertness of the consumers. References Dolan, E. W. (April 22 2013).
