? Introduction: Hazwan is a brand in the information technology sector. This is a company thatdevelops computer software’s for purposes of improving their speed. It also has interactive features, enabling users to interact through the internet via the computers that have installed the software. This is a new brand in the market, and as such, this paper tries to identify how this computer brand will evolve in the market. This paper also explains what my business will try to achieve in the short, medium and long run. It also explains how I would like to achieve these visions at each and every stage of my goals. This paper identifies the companies that my brand would like to partner with, and how it fits into the culture of these companies, and their brand positions. Evolution of the Brand: The first step in the evolution process is the determination of the brands core values and principles. For example, the brand managers of Hazwan must identify the various core values and principles of the company. For instance, the company believes in honesty, transparency and integrity while dealing with its customers. This is an aspect referred to as brand definition. Brand definition does not just involve the identification of the values and principles of the company; it also involves the identification of the products of the company. This is because brand managers cannot create a logo without identifying what the company produces. It is important to denote that logos represent the identity of a particular brand. Brand managers therefore must create logos that depict some aspects of transparency, integrity and honesty. For instance, they can use the picture of a dove in their logo. A dove normally symbolizes purity, and these values of the company are elements of purity. Once the company has a logo, the next step is to introduce the logo to the partners of the business. This includes employees and its customers. The best method to use is the social media. The social media has millions and millions of users in a day. Posting the logo on the internet, and receiving feedbacks on its design is a sure way of building the brand name of the organization (Ferrara, 2012). This is because people will identify with the logo, and what it represents, as a result, identify with the company. Brand managers can also use the print media and the television to advertise their new logo. The print media has the capability of reaching a wide audience, and as such, the prospective customers of the organization might learn of its existence. Finally, the next procedure is to build relationships with the target market of its products. The brand managers will have to market the software product of Hazwan, and it can do this through the social media, the print media, televisions, and posters. Creating a relationship with the target market will also involve explaining how the software will satisfy the various needs of the organization. For example, Hazwan software’s enhance the speed of computers. It is important to denote that users are always motivated by the speed of the computers that they use. A computer which is fast will generate higher sales. On this basis, it is the interest of companies to generate high profits by increasing their market share. On this note, Hazwan software’s will satisfy such kind of need. The brand managers will therefore use this capability of the software, to create a positive relationship with its target customers. Short Term Achievements: One of the short term goals of the Hazwan brand is to attract highly talented computer programmers and software developers to work in the organization. The company aims to achieve this objective by offering high remuneration packages, amongst other benefits. This benefit includes housing allowances, transportation allowance, and an option to develop further their skills by improving on their academic and professional qualification (Ferrara, 2012). These measures will not only attract some of the best computer programmers and software developers, but it will also ensure that the organization retains this people. Employee retention is a very important element in a business organization because it helps to save on the organizational costs. These costs include expenses incurred during the hiring process, and expenses that the organization will incur during the process of training these employees to adapt to the culture and philosophies of the organization. Another goal that the brand aims to achieve in the short term is to make its presence felt in the market. The brand aims to achieve this objective through aggressive marketing that will involve the use of the social media, newspaper, and radio stations. Through these methods, the brand aims to identify the various strengths of its software products, and how they can satisfy the various needs of its users/ customers. Medium Term Achievements: The medium term goal of the brand is to increase its market share, as a result of growth. The brand aims to achieve this objective through vertical integration strategies. One strategy involves the production of computer software’s, as well as selling computer products such as lap tops, and desk top computers. Under this strategy, the organization invests in other related areas of production that are in the field of Information Technology. The organization also aims to achieve this objective by forming strategic alliances with other software companies. Through these alliances, members of the brand will manage to learn from each other on the various methods of satisfying the needs of customers. The organization will also benefit from the market of the companies in which it is forming an alliance with (Ferrara, 2012). Through this method, the brand will manage to increase its market share, and also experience a growth in its operations and market. This will most definitely make the organization to experience some forms of profitability. Another strategy that the brand will initiate for purposes of increasing its market share is opening branches at the various parts of the country. This is an expansion strategy that will see the organization trying to expand its market, which will most definitely result to its growth. Long Term Achievements: In the long run, Hazwan aims to be the most dominant software production brand in the market. This brand aims to achieve this status through aggressive advertisement campaigns. These advertisement campaigns will aim to sale Hazwan as the company that produces the best computer software’s which serves the various needs of learners. Another method that the brand aims to use in achieving this objective is through mergers. The brand seeks to identify weaker brands, and thereafter convince them on the benefits they will derive if they merge with those other brands. It needs to seek weaker brands, for purposes of protecting its identity. In case of a merger with a stronger brand, the identity of this brand will be lost. This is an aspect that the organization wants to avoid, for it is its intention to protect its identity. Company’s to ideally Work For: The following are the companies that I would ideally work for; Samsung Apples Reflection on how the Brands Fit: The organizational culture of Samsung is a devotion to technology and talent, for purposes of developing high quality products and services. Its aim is to create a good global society through the production of these high quality products. The management of Samsung devotes itself to find very talented people, from all over the world, for purposes of giving them resources that will help in achieving their goals (Chang, 2008). Due to this organizational culture, the products of the organization are of high quality, and hence they have the capability of satisfying the various needs of their customers. Looking at the organizational culture of Hazwan, it is correct to denote that it directly fits into the organizational culture of Samsung. Hazwan stresses on the need of finding talented employees and motivating them through incentives for purposes of retaining them. This also results into the design and production of high quality software that Samsung can use in its computers, for purposes of improving their speed. This will lead to the satisfaction of the society, hence satisfying a societal need. This is also an objective of Samsung. Apples on the other hand, have a culture of secrecy. Before rolling out its products into the market, the company will always not reveal on what its next line of products are. It will always be a surprise when the products are released within the market (Lu?sted, 2012). In as much as Hazwan always wants to maintain the culture of secrecy, some of its software’s need collaboration and cooperation with other experienced software developers in order to produce a product of high quality. It is important to denote that production of high quality technological tools is also another culture of the organization. On this basis, the organizational cultural practice of Hazwan directly relates to that of apples. The companies can therefore do business together because of a shared goal. References: Chang, S.
