? Reasons why the Proof for the Existence of God is Necessary Introduction Operations of all companies today largely depend on the actions of the leaders. All companies strive towards a common purpose for their output. It is worth noting that individual employees also rely on the management team of the organization for a common goal. The thesis of this paper is principally on religion and the analysis of the company. It looks down to exhibiting the purpose of God in the companies’ welfare. In addition, the essay is worth reading, as it brings out cordial relations of the different employees in different departments. Further, it is due to God that companies manage operations with fewer constraints. The thesis is worth arguing about because without God, all operations fail. The five proofs for the existence of God The universe as wide as it is depends on God and all living beings in it should know how they came into being. There exist five principal proofs for the existence of God. These are namely the proof that the universe had a beginning, the universe exhibit designs, there is a common morality for all human beings, the resurrection of Jesus, and a suggestion for the experience of the claims of Jesus. To begin with, it is clear that everything should have a cause and this therefore denotes the reason why the universe had a foundation (Goswami, 2008). God is the super founder of all beings. In making the universe, God used several unique means to bring out a clear picture of His (God) real self to individuals inhabiting the world. This denotes the reason why managers should view all employees as individuals of dignity. Purposely, God had a common value for all beings in the universe. The same way individuals in an organization should set common goals attainable by all employees. Christians should be accountable for arguments regarding the nature of God. All Christians have a common believe that Jesus Christ resurrected from the dead. This is significant to managers in that it imparts knowledge that despite the loopholes impeding the growth of the company, there are ways of developing the overall output. Proving the existence of God necessitates individuals to claim what Jesus Christ has done in their lives. Therefore, it is worth noting that the companies should exhibit positive deeds of the analysis work based on religious background. The argument regarding the proof of existence of God Company analysis refers to a phase where individuals deepen their thought to establish the problems facing the companies and determine solutions to the problems. Religion refers to the belief of some individuals to work under the control of a supernatural ruling being, God or gods. Religion is vital for the survival of the operations of the businesses established by individuals. Through religion, God the Supreme Being prevails in the worship centers. People respond differently to the sacred places where the adoration of God takes place. This is a source of power to enhance them obtain the ability to carry out distinguished tasks. God is the supernatural being in the universe believed to work with human beings to bring out several realistic goals. God exists purposely as a weapon used by particular individuals to perform specific tasks as required. It is important to consider God before carrying out any operations. God helps individuals to win over the other competing elements. Performance of company analysis is better after a realization of the existence of God. This is because Christians determine the profits of the companies without considering their own personal interests because of believing that God is watching over them. Due to the reason that individuals associate with various groups talking about a common enlightening being, people should have a goal for their primary reason to work with companies (Horn, 2010). They should establish and bring to light the reasons for carrying out an analysis of the company. On the contrary, it is worth arguing that God does not help individuals to establish the financial problems faced by the companies. Acquired knowledge and technical skills are vital for making individuals to investigate the major causes of problems in the company. Arguably, determination of the problems faced by the company and establishing solutions to the problems does not require God. This is because the basic knowledge and the desire of individuals to accomplish set goals is the predominant factor for well scrutiny of the company problems. Therefore, it is worth noting that individuals should set goals of the company and strive towards accomplishment of the goals. God, as being a supernatural being impedes individual possessed by a personal desire to gain from the output of the organizations neglecting the overall purpose for the establishment of the company. Problems associated with the proof about the existence of God The proof about the existence of God is not smooth as seen by other individuals. This is due to the many challenges experienced by individuals striving to ensure that other people know why it is necessary to proclaim God. The two principal challenges include atheism and establishment of different gods. Such gods commonly referred to as idol worship impede the spread of the exact information concerning the logic behind God. Various communities have their leaders asserting that worshipping of their gods is necessary, as it is the base of their success. Companies rely on such gods for all operations and fail to consider the repercussions resulting from idol worship. This has been a great challenge and as known in the companies for helping in the scrutiny of activities. On the other hand, atheism is a great challenge to the spread of the word of God. Atheism refers to the state where most of the people believe that, initially, there was nothing existing on earth and that it is out of nothing that atomic substances inter-joined to form the present earth. Individuals spreading the gospel of God find it hard to influence individuals relying on atheist data. Atheists hardly believe in the existence of God (Kainz, 2010). Atheists fail to support that God made the earth and hence since they fail to consider the knowledge of the scriptures, they impede the smooth passing of Christian values. Atheism outweighs Christianity on that people are more prone to believe in natural revolution than believe that God made everything on earth. Companies with individuals concerned with the function of analyzing the activities done rely on scientific knowledge about the best ways of analyzing the activities. However, atheism and gods end through establishment of many churches, which have the major chambers working to ensure that all individuals work with an aim of ensuring that God exists for a vital purpose. This is of importance, as all individuals look into the operations of the companies by basing main arguments on the scriptures. Individuals should be after laying down significant ways of investigating the profits or financial stability of the organizations through Christian knowledge that with God, all procedures put forward for the work of the company go on well as required (Polka, 2007). Other problems involved in the proof for the existence of God include a fact that individuals need to verify the name of the being they ought to discuss. This is evident when Kainz (2010), states that identifying God as a physical being basing the argument on the resurrection of Jesus can be of use to ensure that individuals concede the truth about God. Therefore, it is worth noting that the problems associated with proven real existence of God are approachable through various tactics necessitating Christians to have obtained adverse knowledge concerning the real identity of God. Philosophical theories and ideas encountered in the study about the proof of the existence of God Support of the proof about the existence of God is by theories. The primary theory aiding in the proof is the evolution theory (Ward, 2009). Such theories include the evolution theory, which seeks to explain how the earth came into existence through external forces. Evidence is through knowledge that God created everything in the whole universe and gave life to all beings crawling and walking in the world. Conclusion From the above information concerning religion and company analysis, it is worth noting that God is a supreme being working in all dimensions of life to ensure that individuals achieve all that which they set. God is the source of human power to perform duties and have the capability to examine the methods used by top executives to depict the financial stability of the organization within a specific time limit. Identification of God is through the effects that God instills in Christians carrying out the function of analyzing the benefits of the organization. The proof is vital for enhancing tactics used by managers when scrutinizing the accounts and overall performance of the organizations. Proofing of the existence of God helps improve the relationships between workers and enhance working capabilities to meet the set targets. References Goswami, A. (2008).
