The owners of the organization are not sure what to do now. It will be effective if the organization implements rebranding and repositioning strategy. The name of the organization is Daloo3a. It is an Arabic word. The name of the organization needs to be changed so that this changed company name can attract a wide array of target customers of different cultural background. Initially the organization got start up capital from a private investor. The organization should consider the same source of finance during the repositioning strategy.
