The former chief executive, Gregg Engles managed to turn and improve all operations that related to high production. Additionally, the long-term relationship was maintained through the replacement of the chocolate and other flavored milk with low sugar levels that managed to abandon the TruMoo level. Eventually, just under one umbrella Dean’s managed to have a total of 31 milk brands that later managed to be sold under the Dairy Pure name satisfying the need of the customers.
Understanding Consumer Behavior or Organizational Buying
The Dean Food Company of milk processing is composed of 31 brands of white milk around the United States. This was done to ensure effort in boosting the shrinking of the milk market in the U.S. through an adequate understanding of the customers by the company, the company was expected to launch a new brand along with the national advertisement campaign (Brat, 2015). This was done mainly to catch the tailwind of a shift by the U.S consumers. Moreover, this was done to meet the demands and choices of the customers regionally. Food safety measures and quality standards were to be maintained for consumers to get their desired milk products.
