Several methodologies shall be used to answer the different research questions presented. Qualitative and Quantitative data and research shall be used in this particular research to be able to understand and evaluate digital outdoor media in the PRC. This research shall be using secondary data from journals, books, and articles from the World Wide Web that could help in answering the questions mentioned above. In aiming to answer these questions, phenomenology shall be used to be able to understand what is happening in the PRC.

In the same way, it shall be used in order to understand why these events are happening. There shall be fifty randomly selected respondents who are of legal age. At the same time, the use of the survey in this research is very important as the people would be the primary source of data. The use of questionnaires would help the researcher gather a large amount of data in a standardized format from many people. These questionnaires shall enable the researcher to be able to make comparisons across groups and individuals.

Furthermore, focus group discussions shall be used, aiming to interview those that have been the respondents of the survey, in the researcher’s aim to understand the reasons behind their answers. In doing so, it would help the researcher be familiar with the respondent’s views with regard to the evaluation of digital outdoor media that would be very important in concluding this particular research. Aside from these, structured interviews with a management team in the GMOs and GAAs industry will be used in the primary research.

Interviews are particularly useful for getting the story behind a participant's experiences. The interviewer can also pursue in-depth information about a certain topic, the evaluation of digital outdoor media in China in 2007, for this matter.
